Job Summary/Description:

WFIE 14News, the #1 News Station in Evansville, IN, is seeking an organized, resourceful, detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to the advertising sales team for TV & Digital campaigns.

Qualified candidates must be able to assist with all aspects of television & digital sales to help achieve maximum bookings on the 14News Platforms. Successful candidates should have a positive attitude, excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

- Accurate data entry of all sales contracts for TV & Digital sales
- Provide support to Sales Management and the Sales Team in various administrative areas
- Daily makegood and preemption reconciliation.
- Daily traffic and copy maintenance of sales contracts.
- Analyzing digital campaigns for optimization and performance
- Digital ad design and placements
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Applicant must be detail-oriented, a problem solver who can learn new things quickly.
- The ideal candidate is an organized multitasker.
- This person can work well under pressure and understands how to prioritize and manage time wisely.
- Candidate should be proficient in data entry and have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel systems.
- Prior experience and working knowledge of Wide Orbit/media sales is preferred.
- Experience working with creation and placements of digital campaigns preferred.
