This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of WFIE digital sales efforts, with a primary focus on managing digital revenue. The successful candidate will be an aggressive problem-solver with a competitive spirit and winning attitude. Candidate will be leading a team of media sales reps and helping them throughout all stages of the sales process including lead generation, cold calling, strategy development, negotiating, closing, and executing. Candidate should be knowledgeable on recent digital trends with a relentless appetite for continued learning. 

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Achieve digital revenue goals
- Help develop and execute digital revenue opportunities
- Build effective verbal & written digital strategies and proposals
- Manage day to day activity, pipelines, and forecasts for sales reps
- Manage a team of sales representatives & sales support representatives
- Attend daily client meetings with sales reps to help maximize revenue opportunities


- Prior digital sales experience required
- Management experience preferred
